It describes your right of withdrawal as a consumer under German and EU law, and how to return goods and obtain a refund. For business customers, different terms may apply; please contact us.
2. Right of withdrawal (consumers)
If you are a consumer (a natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business or profession), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you or a third party nominated by you (other than the carrier) take physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. letter, email or telephone). You may use the following model form, but it is not obligatory:

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the 14-day period has expired. If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us). We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
3. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to: contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery (e.g. sealed capsules that have been unsealed); or contracts for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised. If your order falls under such an exception, we will inform you before or during the order process. For other contracts (e.g. standard sealed goods that can be returned unopened), the 14-day withdrawal right applies as set out above.
4. Returns process
To return goods: (1) Contact us within the withdrawal period (email or phone above) and state that you wish to withdraw and, if possible, your order number. (2) Pack the goods securely and send them to our address above. We recommend using a trackable service. (3) Retain proof of posting. You are responsible for the goods until they reach us; we recommend insuring the return. We will confirm receipt and process the refund as set out in section 2. Goods should be returned in their original packaging where possible, in resaleable condition (unused and unopened where the nature of the product allows). If goods are damaged or incomplete, we may deduct an amount for diminished value or refuse a full refund where permitted by law.
5. Refunds
Refunds will be made without undue delay and in any event within 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notification (or from the day you provide evidence of having sent back the goods, if later). We will use the same payment method you used for the order unless you agree otherwise. You will not be charged any fees for the refund. If you have received a discount or free shipping that was conditional on the order value, and your return reduces the order value below the threshold, we may deduct the proportionate delivery cost or adjust the discount in accordance with law.
6. Warranty (defective goods)
Your statutory warranty rights (e.g. §§ 434 ff. German Civil Code) are unaffected. If goods are defective, you may have the right to repair, replacement, price reduction or rescission, and in certain cases to damages. Please contact us with your order details and a description of the defect. We may ask you to return the product for inspection. For consumers, the burden of proof for defects existing at the time of delivery may shift to us after a certain period (e.g. six months in Germany).
